AJA has several new sponsorship opportunities!
Preconference Flyer: $4,000 - 10,000 printed and mailed. AJA does the printing, mailing, and distribution. Flyer distributed July 2011. Your company name, information, and logo to appear front, back, and inside of flyer.
Exhibit Hal Aisle Signs - $4,000 - What better way to get noticed than your company name and logo on each aisle sign.
Conference Program Book Wrap - $3,000 - Every attendee will receive the Conference Program Book with Wrap at registration. Each Conference Program Book is wrapped with a 3" high x 12" long advertisement of your company.

Return-on-Investments
Conference Sponsorships: $1,500-$40,000
The American Jail Association has the only national conference tailored to jail professionals. Attendees include county commissioners, jail administrators, jail managers, sheriffs, and correctional officers. Make your company stand out in the crowd by choosing one of our comprehensive packages. Remind industry decision makers that your company supports them as well! Item Sponsorships: $2,000 each
Sponsor an item that attendees have at all times! The lanyards will be included in the registration packets or in the Goodie Bags; both handed out at registration. The hotel keys will be given to attendees when they check into the host hotel. The Goodie Bags will be handed out at registration to each attendee. The sponsor is responsible for all aspects of cost, coordination, and delivery of item to Reno, Nevada.
Award Sponsorships: $1,500 each
Each year the AJA presents seven different awards at the Annual Training Conference & Jail Expo. The Award Winner Sponsorship is $1,500 per award recipient and pays for the award recipient’s room and board, air fare, conference registration, and plaque. Each sponsor will have the opportunity to present the award to the recipient at the Awards Banquet, have their photo taken, and included in the post-conference issue of American Jails, be recognized on signage, as well as being recognized in AJA’s Conference Program Book. You may sponsor more than one award winner.
