Applications and fee are due to AJA Headquarters six weeks prior
to certification expiration.
Applications received after the six week deadline will assess an additional $75.00 processing fee.
Applicants wishing to recertify by way of reexamination must
submit the required paperwork to
AJA Headquarters by the
